Sparta are delighted to announce Petr Rada as the new A-team manager. He will lead Sparta in the upcoming ten league matches.

Petr Rada had led seven league clubs and also was the Czech national team manager between 2008 and 2009. He and David Lafata met in their successful spell in Jablonec.

Rada has replaced Tomáš Požár and David Holoubek, who were relieved their coaching duties on Monday. Rada will lead the team in the upcoming three training sessions ahead of Friday’s league match with Zlín.

During his player career, Rada played for Dukla, Bohemians, Blšany, but also three German clubs – Düsseldorf, Rot Weiss Essen and SSV Jahn Regensburg.
