Sparta earned a single point for a 1-1 draw in the last match of the season against Slovácko. Lukáš Juliš opened the score, but Šumulikoski’s strike set the final score.

Petr Rada sent out the same line-up as in the last match against Hradec Králové. Ondřej Mazuch returned from injury, but spent the whole match on the bench.

Both teams were close to opening the score in the first half. However, David Lafata fired wide twice and David Bičík made two great saves on Zajíc’s efforts. Then he made one more, denying Rezek in the biggest chance of the first half.

Finally, Sparta managed to open the score in the second half. After 68 minutes of play, Zahustel crossed the ball brilliantly from the right and Lukáš Juliš easily hit the empty net.

However, Slovácko managed to answer right back, as Šumulikoski’s header from a corner levelled the score only four minutes after.
