We are excited to announce the fifth summer signing. Slovak keeper Martin Dúbravka signed a three year deal at Letná after his contract with Slovan Liberec has expired.

Dúbravka has been raised in Žilina, becoming the number one keeper almost immediately after joining the first team squad. He won the Slovak championship and played all six matches of the Champions League group stage, after eliminating Sparta in the play-off round in the 2010-2011 season.

In 2014 he moved to Denmark, joining Esbjerg and played the Europa League twice with the club. Before the start of the 2016-2017 he joined Slovan Liberec, made 28 league appearances and kept the clean sheet in ten matches.

Dúbravka is also a member of the Slovak national team. This weekend he played the whole time in the World cup qualifier in Lithuania and contributed to his team’s 2-1 away win.
