The Europa League play-off draw in Nyon decided that Sparta are going to face Danish side SønderjyskE in the last qualification round of the competition.

First leg will be played in Denmark on 18 August, the second leg week later at Letná stadium. Kick-off times are yet to be set and the tickets info will be released in the upcoming days.

SønderjyskE has placed second in the Danish top division last season, nine points short of the champions from FC Copenhagen.

SønderjyskE have started in the Europa League second qualifying round, eliminating Norwegian Stromsgodset after a home 2-1 win and away 2-2 draw. Not even the third qualifying round was easy for the Danes, as they eliminated Zaglebie Lubin after a 2-1 awy win and a 1-1 home draw.

SønderjyskE play their home matches at the Sydbank Park with a capacity of 10000 spectators (8200 for European cup matches).
